Anyone else seeing this file in the root of the install drive?

-rw-r--r--@ 1 root wheel 313B Oct 1 08:12 installer.failurerequests

I assume it's nothing, but the install didn't go completely like I wanted it to go (i.e. first time graphic glitches causing the install wizard to simply not display content past the network selection screen, second time I was stuck at the 2 factor authentication screen and had to do some magic there).

I also assume many people have this file, since it's dated October 1st and I didn't install until yesterday, so my assumption is that this is somehow part of the install image written to disk.

Can anyone else confirm they have this file? Trying to figure out if anything is borked. At least if other people have this too I can stop worrying ;-) Everything else is working fine.

If anyone runs into this file and wonders if something is broken.. Don't worry, I verified on another Mac and the file is, as expected, present there as well. Must be some oversight from Apple or something.
