Installer Update Issues

I have many sources and all apps work fine. But certain apps say they have updates in the installer but they appear to me to be wrong. Here is my update list

iPhysics - Version 1.0.1
iPhysics - Version 1.0.1
Pocket Guitar - Version 0.2-1
ipinball Level Pack - Version 1
Nes Roms - Version 3.3
gpSPhone - Version 1.1.2

Now here are the version's of those Apps i have

iPhysics - Version 1.1
Pocket Guitar - Version 0.2
ipinball Level Pack - Version 1.1
Nes Roms - Version 3.3.1
gpSPhone - Version 1.5.0

When i install these updates they just come back with the version i was on before i updated. Its a never ending loop. Any one else have this problem (Can you delete the Updates from being there).

Simple answer.

More then one of your sources also provides the app, and it has not been updated. Some add the ending suffix -1 or -2. I have Capture form BigBoss repo and it is 1.0-6 and iSpazio has it as 1.0-3. Same app.

So do you just forget about it then? and just make sure you have the latest version. Also can you delete the updates
