Installer Won't Stay Open

So I finally got my iPhone back on track and have jailbroken at 1.1.3. I am trying to unlock it but installer won't stay open?!?!? Does anyone know how I can reinstall installer? I click the icon and it starts to load and then just automatically goes back to the home screen.

Can someone just tell me if it is possible to reinstall installer on my iphone? I'm guessing that might fix this issue...

I tried restoring and unlocking again and it again did not work. Can someone please help me out. I am desperate. I've already spent one day without my phone...I'd rather not make it two.
