Hi,

I have the IPA file of an older version of an app I downloaded some time ago. The new version doesn't work properly on my device. My iTunes account has updated the app, but I have the older .ipa file in a folder of my Mac.

Can I install it?

Yes, you can install and older version. Load the older .ipa file in iTunes and sync. You will have to first uninstall the newer version and then install the older one.

Thank you!

Can I install it on another device of my own? (I'm talking about my mother's iPad, which uses Family Sharing with mine).

It should work with family sharing. But if it doesn't, temporarily log in with your iTunes account to the AppStore on her iPad to install.
