So, I bought and installed a Bluetooth card in my Mac Pro 1,1... However, all of the labels fell of the antennas so I have no idea which one to use. I tried them all and they all perform exactly the same. I don't see any connection problems, but how do I know I have the right antenna? Does it matter?

Right now I have it plugged into the longest antenna and it seems to give me a -55 to -65 signal from my Magic Mouse 2. My tower is under my desk if that helps.

Be happy, don't worry. If your devices connect, all is fine.
I swapped mine around from the factory configuration to make them work.
BlueTooth and the original WiFi work in the same frequency bands around 2.4GHz, the antennas are all tuned the same. The only difference is the location. This can impact reception.

BlueTooth works with lower power, so optimize for it to work. WiFi should stay working as long as you have antennas connected.

Thanks for the reassurance man! I appreciate it!

The only issue I have now is that after I charge my Magic Mouse with the USB port, it will unpair itself and it won't automatically re-pair. If I plug the mouse into a wall, it stays paired. Weird.
