Installing I Tunes on Win 10

I have been trying to install an update for I Tunes, but Get this error message ---

This is a problem with the Windows Installer Package

I then uninstalled the entire I Tunes program still on the PC, this wouldn't work either.

I tried to re-install as administrator.

Did you try re-downloading the installer from apple.com/iTunes ? Sounds like the installer package is corrupt.
