I have just done a clean install of Snow Leopard via boxed DVD. There is no iLife on the mac now. Can I install iLife from my grey OSX Leopard DVD that came with my Mac, and if so how? I can't see how to get at it, all I see on the DVD is :

DVD or CD Sharing setup = install package
Install MacOSX = app
Instructions = file
Optional Installs = package (does not list iLife stuff for selection)

Most likely you lost the app,🙁 the install dvd does not include the optional software that was preinstalled when your Mac was new.

Old Macs came with an Applications DVD, in addition to the OS DVD. Do you have one of these? Without that, you're S.O.L.
