Installing .ipa without jailbreak (8.4)

Hey guys

So first of all, I have been googling this but most of the article seem to be from like 2011. Besides that I'm pretty new to this stuff, so I wanted to ask if there is any way to install .ipa to a ipad mini 2, without jailbreaking it? Simple as that

to add it to itunes

yes. the .ipa has to be signed to you, of course.
