Installing Language (Snow Leopard)?

Hi All,

In an effort to clean my iMac up and rid of the files I don't need - I deleted all of the Languages I don't currently use (all but English).

In my hast, I deleted the Australian English by mistake.

I understand I can re-install using the Mac Install disc, but what method do I use without upsetting anything else?
