Installing Lion Fresh From USB Drive

Is this possible? I've purchased and downloaded OS X Lion from the AppStore and rather than burning it onto DVD I'd like to put it onto a 8GB USB Drive.

I would like to do a FULL fresh install from this USB drive rather than an upgrade from Snow Leopard.

If this can be done how do I do it?
