I am going to instal a new hard disk in my mid-2011 MacBook Pro tomorrow.

I currently use Windows 7 on Boot Camp more than Mac OS so if I can't get Lion and Windows all completed in one day I was simply going to swap the hard disk back and finish it next weekend.

Is there any issue with me having Lion installed on the old hard disk and new? Does it talk back to Apple who will realise I have it instaled on 2 disks? They would never be used together and would be installed on the same hardware.

Once I have my Boot Camp partition set up as I like then I will erase the old hard disk and not use it again.

Not sure if Lion is like Windows and cals home to prevent multiple installs.
