Hi folks,
I'm trying to install myphpadmin to query an existing installed MariaDB for another program on my 10.13 server (local network, not open to internet) and I can't seem to get myphpadmin going. I followed instructions under "phpmyadmin" found here: https://coolestguidesontheplanet.co...hp-and-phpmyadmin-on-macos-high-sierra-10-13/ but didn't do the lines regarding the socket error as I have MariaDB and it's fine.

I get this error when going to localhost/phpmyadmin/setup/ -

"Forbidden. You don't have permission to access /phpmyadmin/setup/ on this server."

I'm open to suggestions as my google-fu is tired from searching for answers today.
