Installing Office '04 on Leopard

I'm trying to install Office 2004 on my MBP (leopard) and I can't make the program run. I install as usual, but when I open Word and go through the Registration screen, the program freezes and I have to force quit out. Any way to make it work?

Have you tried reinstalling office as it works fine on leopard here.

Yeah i tried to install it a few times and it still hangs on the Registration screen.
