Due to some problems, I had to format Mac and install Windows on it. Now, I have all NTFS partitions; but I want to install Mac OS X (preferably Snow Leopard) and make a dual boot. Is it possible without repartitioning the system? (I can delete the non-Windows system partition) but I do not want to loose all my data and settings in Windows.

Any help is appreciated.

Strongly doubt it. You may be able to use disc utility from the Snow Leopard DVD to erase and format a partition if you'd kept it for that reason, Otherwise, you're SOL.
