Installing printer

I have 5 PCs in my house, all linked to a wireless network and using wireless printers. i use a macbook. The printer is a dell 3110cn and it doesn't show up on my printers list when i go to install the printer. I have already installed the driver for the printer, but it still wont show up, what can i do?

How is the printer connected to the network? Directly to a router or to one of the PCs?

sorry for late reply, it is connected by ethernet cable to a wireless router. does that help?
