Installing Quicktime Plugins

I'm trying to install Quicktime Plugins but I'm not sure what I'm doing it right.
i just bought a mac a couple of months ago. Do they not come with quickitme pro ?😱

All Macs come with QuickTime. You have to pay to upgrade to QuickTime Pro.
