installing radeon x1900xt .... ?

hey guys - i just upgraded to the ati radeon x1900xt and im trying to install it but i'm not sure where i plug the "black cord" that it comes with - and the diagram within the manual is - well, not very detailed - are there any online?

The power cord goes to the auxiliary power connectors.
