I am trying to install non server snow leopard on a machine that currently has leopard server on it. When I try to install it, it says that snow leopard can not be installed over server. How can do a clean install of snow leopard on a drive that has server on it?

When you boot the installer, you will see on the menu bar: Utilities --> Disk Utility. Use that to erase the drive and then continue the installation.
