Installing SSD to MBP 13" 2009, is it easy?

I've got a time machine backup. Is it easy to install a SSD to my 13" MBP? After installing it, is it just as simple as restoring my computer via the time machine to exactly how it was? I have not done any opening of computers and stuff before.
