Installing watchOS beta 3 without dev a/c?

Would I be daft to install it or is the latest beta fairly stable. I am running iOS 10 beta and that has been very stable for me.

Does anyone have a link to the latest watchOS 3 beta profile they could give me please? Thanks!

Yes make sure you pick the correct profile as it's different even though the iPhone profile pops up asking which profile.
