YeaAhhhhh I saw this later, but it worked out decent. I installed boot camp support drivers, display isn't that great and sometimes blackens, is there anyway I can optimize this so that it runs smoothly? As in a way I can put less stress on my Mac running windows... Thanks for the above help huyss
Install the video drivers that aren't from bootcamp. So go to amd.com and get drivers like you would for a PC. This computer is just an AIO PC with an apple logo as far as Windows is concerned.

It's not putting more stress on it. The fans might be louder but it's not "stressing out" the iMac. Mac OS is just better at regulating the fans than Windows is. Part of that is due to windows running in CSM mode. But even so, I have an EFI Windows 10 installed on a 2009 MacBook and the fans are still at half throttle just from booting to the Windows desktop.

Is it possible to install windows 10 pro 64-bit on a 2008 mac pro 3,1 without any other operating system present? Tried it a couple of times in the past (using both usb and dvd-rom as installation media), the windows installer copied all the files but hang before reaching the "Restarting" point because it didn't like something about the disk it was installing on. Can it be made to boot in uefi mode as well?

I didn't have any problem on my 3,1. Just put in the DVD and boot from it, it was as simple as that.
There's also this (first option on google)
