Is this possible to do without an optical drive? Did the TB MBP come with installation discs? i have lost them if it did....

For those familiar with the process and willing to help, I'd appreciate it. I've searched online, but seems as though all the instructions require the use of DVD.

That is getting harder and harder to find. Microsoft doesn't actually support Windows 7 any longer so you can't even buy it there. You may be able to buy a copy on Newegg, of a similar site, and then create your own ISO.
