technically it does have the full version of windows on it but can i use it to install windows on my mac? also it does say it is for dell computers only. money is a bit tight so i am unable to afford a retail copy of windows.

Dell discs will not work for Boot Camp. Those discs will only work with Dell computers that have a certain BIOS.

Much like MacBook restore discs won't work with an iMac.
