Installing X11 on MacBook Pro

Hi

I've tried installing X11 on my MacBook Pro, but when I try to install it off the package installer from Apple's website it says there's already a newer installation - but there isn't. Considering this laptop was bought new so no-one else has tried installing X11, what could be happening?

You have to use the installer from the CDs that came with your Macbook, not the website installer.
