I bought a brand new drive yesterday and have just plugged it in but am wondering how I can install XP now that boot camp isn't free? Do I need to format the disk first? Any other prep work before I pop in the XP SP2 CD?
I have OSX tiger and previously installed XP on a different drive with boot camp about a year ago, so I have the drivers on CD already.

Sure it is! Just set your clock back before 12/31/2007, make your partition, and set it to normal time!

You could try your favourite bittorrent site. They're not just for illegal stuff ya know.
