Instant backup

Is there a way to send my messages and photos to a windows computer instantly. I know I can backup, but that does not pick up text I deleted since last backup.

Yes - replace the Windows computer with a Mac 😉

Even with a Mac what tool would be used to do that? Even on the iPhone itself I can't seem to back up instantly.

On a Mac, you just set up Messages and voila - done!
