Instant Hot Spot doesn't work

Hi,
I'm trying to get my ip6 with ios8.1 get connectet with the instant hotspot option in yosemite on my mbp mid2014.

I see the hot spot in my wlan list and Yosemite is trying to get connectet. But everytime there is an error message that Yosemite cant't connect and I have to check that my iphone is in range...
