Instant Message Reply's?

Hi, How how can I get an instant message or e-mail every time someone reply's to a thread I commented in?
I see under the subscriptions tab there is an option for instant however, How can I save those changes?

Also when someone reply's to a thread, Is there a way the site can jump to the spot where the reply was?
(So I can easily continue reading?

You can subscribe to a given thread with instant email notification using the Thread Tools drop-down.

You can also go to your User Options and set your Default Thread Subscription Mode to Instant email notification, so that you'll automatically be subscribed to any thread in which you post from then on.

When you get those emails, they will include a link to the first post you haven't previously seen, as far as the forum system can tell.
