Instillation Error HELP

When i was installing t an app i got an error reading..."main script execution failed". Now the icon is on my home page but does not work. I tried uninstalling but it does not appear in the uninstall page. How can i get rid of it?! Appreciate the Help

connect to your iphone by ftp and delete the ap from the applications folder in the root directory.
