my dilemma is that I read that bootcamp only uses FAT32 and no
larger than 32gbs. well, I need more space then that to put all my games
on there so how should I partition and install XP ???

Well to be blunt, both of those things are simply wrong. When you begin the Boot Camp Assistant process and get to the desired size for you partition you can make your choice of sizes (I have one at 250Gb done with BootCamp) and it can be formatted in the process as NTFS or FAT32 (in the Windows installer phase).

Apple's full Boot Camp support including FAQs and an excellent downloadable guide to installation can be found here so you might want to check that out.
