Hello all, I was wondering if anyone had any insight on how I would be best off integrating my computers and the media within them. I currently have a Mac Book running OS X and a Mac Mini which is running Snow Leopard, which is connected to my TV, along with an ipad2 and iphone.

Attached to the Mac Mini is my external Hard Drive that holds about 25,000 songs, 100,000 photos and about 1 TB of Movies and TV Shows, all of my media is on it, so it is not spread between all of the devices.

My problem is this: Obviously iCloud won't be able to make EVERYTHING accessible due to their 55GB space constraint. The amount of memory I would like to store in any cloud service I have looked at besides Apple would be it too expensive to make it worthwhile. How would you go about accessing the Hard Drive from the different devices? Or is there a cloud service that will be more substantial that you have had a good experience with thats not just for storage only?

I have tried pointing the Mac Book to the folders in the external hard drive via the home network, but it moves so slow that way its basically impossible to use to flip through any media. This also keeps me from being able to access the photos in Aperture while on the road and not on the home network. I also as a result have to connect the USB depending on the computer I want to access the media on. PAIN.

I also want to make sure my iTunes play counts and metadata are updated in both libraries as well. Does anyone know if iCloud will take care of all of the play counts?

Overall, I understand that iCloud would probably take care of the music and play counts and provide some photos, but any steps you can provide for full integration of a library that size would be appreciated.
