Only a few percentages of performance increased compared to the 9th gen H series...

I'll take the extra percentage increase. What i really want to know if there is any improvements with the thermals, probably not though with the same 14nm wafers.

That wont be possible for now cause Apple is heavily optimized for Intel CPU. It will take some time to change it and Apple is planning to switch from Intel to their own chip so maybe it's not even possible.
