So liquid cooling on not only CPU? Cause all other chips need cooling off as well. I did not remember there were a lot of liquid cooling GPU 3-5 years ago. Not sure now.

you can still get a few that have self contained liquid units. There was a trend, especially amongst AMD enthousiast cards to have it, since during the 2xx and 3xx days, AMD's cards were ridiculously hot and power hungry. However, the current trend is to provide better efficiency / heat controls. Heck, the latest 10xx series from Nvidia can essentially be run in laptops today.

And yes, THere are many chips inside a computer that require cooling other than CPU/GPU. However, currnetly they've been fine with passive cooling, or a simple heatsync. The important thing for cooling of ANY computer, is sufficient and efficient airflow to take heat away from the item that needs to be cooled and moved elsewhere.

Liquid is still one of the most efficient ways of doing this. It's just an increased cost of complexity and space to implement.

Once Apple makes their own desktop and laptop chips they won’t need intel which is going to happen sooner than you think.

Intel is garbage.

Problem is that, similar to the person you are responding too, you've both assumed your feelings = Facts.

you're entitled to your opinion, even if it's factually irrelevant and can't be backed. this "intel is garbage" narrative is ludicrous and cannot be backed as right now, outside the ultra-portable CPU's and AMD, There is no current legitimate competition to Intel. ARM and Apples Ax CPU's currnetly only exist in the mobile < 5w space. There's been no current evidence of an A series CPU in either iPad or Iphone that competes currently on raw horsepower with 15w or higher CPU's.

Could this change by 2020? 2025? Very very possible. None of us can predict the future. But as of right now, the claim that intel is garbage because the A11 is good is absolutely mindlessly based on emotion and not fact.
