I haven’t used theirs for Mavericks, but I did use the patches in their MacPostFactor utility for installing Mountain Lion on a MacBook4,1. Separately, I used @dosdude1’s patching utility for installing Sierra on the same MacBook. As my memory serves, it also adds kexts for the GMA X3100 and 950s.
