intel HD 4000 cMBP 2012

    Hi all,

    Ive been googling all day, but can't seem to find the answer to my question.

    How much VRAM would a cMBP 2012 give with intel HD 4000 (16Gb RAM and 10.12.1)

    Most documentation tells me 1024MB but it was released with 768MB max. But i see pictures (a lot of pics) where they have 1.536MB?

    I have the cMBP 2012 with the intel hd 4000 and 16gb of ram, as the ram is dynamic it varies with usage, but according to my system information i have
    VRAM (Dynamic, Max): 1536 MB
    which is around 1.5gb
    When gaming (overwatch in bootcamp) i never really see vram usage above 1gb.
    May i ask what your usage is?

    I don't have it yet. Im waiting on the new logic board to replace my current 2011
