I was hoping someone might be able to help me out with this comparison. I'm having a hard time tracking down benchmarks for the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3400 in order to compare it to the Intel HD 4000.

I know the Intel is an integrated chip while the ATI is a dedicated mobile graphics card, but its also from 2008. I am very likely going to go with the 13" rMBP and I just want to ensure that I'm not downgrading in that regard.

I don't do anything pressing, just casual RTS every once in while when I'm really bored, but I still wouldn't wouldn't want to get any worse than my already five year old graphics card.

    Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Intel HD 4000 is substantially better.

Thank you, sir. You are...the man. That helps to put my mind at ease. Not a huge personal leap forward for five years later but substantial. Even if I bought the 15" with the Nvidia, I still don't do any real gaming on laptops anyway, so it would be a bit without cause.
