Intel iMac

In about a month or two I'm gonna ditch my eMac for a new iMac. I'll have to get it just when I have enough money because I need to do some movie editing and DVD authoring fast!

RAM is easily upgraded, 250Gb is enough but seeing as I leave game-playing to consoles, will a 128Mb upgrade to the ATI Radeon X1600 do anything substantial to overall performance?

I would say it wont effect you that much BUT it is a worthy upgrade for the price because you can never add it latter and will be far better if you ever run dual monitors
