The Intel dev dvd contains something rather DRM like, infact TPM which could be nothing to be concerned about, yet could mean the new 'Mactels' be the first that require mandatory registration of the OS.
More specifically, it includes "a TCPA/Palladium implementation that uses a Infineon 1.1 chip which will prevent certain parts of the OS from working unless authorized."
