iPhone 11 Pro Intel or Qualcomm Modem

I have an iPhone XS with garbage intel Modem. Returned physical phone 4 times before it could reliably make phone calls.
Are the new ones using Intel or Qualcomm. Lots of chatter but no definitive answer?

There have been multiple threads started on this subject... All iPhone 11 models will use Intel modems.
