i personally dont like them...its kinda annoying apple keeps their machines so clean...i mean look at some stuff by hP and sony...you cant buy crap withouth having the entire machine covered in descriptions...
 

That's the main reason why I'm asking for alternatives. The shipping cost will be more than the sticker itself.

Is there any way to rip them off without actually damaging the sticker itself, I'll have to scout for Core 2 Duo machines which are pretty rare at my place.

Why would you want to ruin the classy look of a piece of Apple hardware with a cheap looking sticker? You should be proud your a mac user, not trying to imitate the look of a PC. (my opinion assuming you're attaching it to an Apple product)

I share the same view as you. It makes me laugh to go into someone's house and see there electronics covered with stickers. Don't people know that they are stickers and they can take them off. It's funny to see washers and dryers that still have the big yellow sticker on them.

You mean 'EnergiGuide' ? I still have that on my mini fridge and its been 2.5 years 😀
