Intel X25-M 80GB SATA II and penryn MBP

Hey - i've got a 2.4GHz penryn MBP - model number: A1260 (the last model before unibody) and i want to instal an Intel X25-M 80GB SATA II ...

does my MacBook Pro have SATA 2 ? or is it only 150 ? does anyone have this set up...

Even if it's SATA I you'll still see a tremendous improvement.
