You can't. It's impossible to put an Intel processor into a G5.

What are you talking about? You can't install an Intel chip in your Mac, and iLife requires a Mac computer with an Intel, PowerPC G5, or PowerPC G4 (867MHz or faster) processor. http://www.apple.com/ilife/systemrequirements.html

Its just not a chip, but rather a logic board that's been designed to use intel or powerpc chips. So as others have stated, its not as simple as plopping a new chip into the G5 Logic board.

Buy a new computer. It's really about the only thing you can do if you want an Intel Mac.
