iPhone Intelliscreenx and ncsettings issue

Wondering if anyone is having a similar problem and knows of a fix. If I don't reboot or respring my phone for a while the wifi toggle stops working. It won't turn wifi on or off. If I respring it will begin working again. Kind of annoying.

Yep I don't have intelliscreenx installed and this happens to me I can press the wifi toggle and it will change to white (on) but when you go back into NC it's grey again. Haven't got a fix either, Installed I have
