iPhone IntelliScreenX Problem, look before you download!

I seem to be getting double alerts sometimes, I will see an email in ISX and then when I slide to Unlock I see the alert that would have showed without ISX as well. Not sure if I am explaining that correct?

Does anyone else have the issue, that the lockscreen does not wake up when an email comes in?

I do hear the sound of an incoming email and the phone vibrates but the lockscreen stays off.

Have ISX v 6.01.03 installed on an iPad3 and an iPhone 4s - both have the same issue.

Are you getting it with text messages too? If not, you may find its a problem with emails not pushing when locked. I think I have that issue too.

Edit: Actually, just realised your problem is different, in that I'm not getting a tone or vibration when locked. In fact, I don't get email unless I open mail app.

Yes, indeed, it's different to your issue, Neil. Are you sure that you configured your mail account as exchange and not imap?

Any other ISX user with the same problem I have?
