interarchy upload problem

I have Interarchy 10 and have used it for years without problem. When I try to upload a 7KB html file (by drag/drop) the "transfer" window indicates that it has been uploaded but it freezes and never completes the task.
I then receive a request to "toggle" but that does not help. I restarted the iMac with no change.

I have an iMac with OS 10.9.5.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The uploads now seem to be working intermittently but the "transfers" window still does not close on its own, indicating a completed transfer. It reads, in part, "connection timed out" even though the transfer sometimes is accomplished.

When I tried to close Interarchy it froze and I had to force quit. What does that say about the problem?
