MP 6,1 Interconnect issue

I've got a "dead" 2013 I'm trying to bring back to life. It doesn't respond to power button. On the board I have the red light for the interconnect issue. If I press DIAG I get the 11v light but nothing else. Has anyone else dealt with this issue before and might have some advice?
