Mac Pro 3,1 2x2.8GHz, 10.7.5, ATI 5770, 10GB RAM, 1X320GB, 1x500GB, 1x1TB, SONY Bluray burner -

I want to buy gtx 670 or matrox compress hd for premmiere
I dont now who is better for premiere, nvidia gtx 670 with cuda and opencl or matrox compress hd ( It helps a lot to recode, a thing)

The Matrox card appears to be a H.264 encoder:

This is a totally different beast to the GTX 670. I'm not an expert, but I would imagine that you'd benefit more from the 670 or a similar card, and if you really needed fast H.264 encoding you could probably run the Matrox card as well. As far as I can tell, the Matrox card is not a full graphics card, just an encoder.

The Matrox CompressHD has no external power requirements so they would both fit comfortably. A 670 4Gb 2x6-pin with the Matrox card would be the sweet spot I think.

670 should speed up encoding too. Not in direct way, because it isn't GPU accelerated in Premiere. Card will offload MPE functions from CPUs making them fully available just for encoding. If you do a lot of Bluray or /and other H.264 files, Matrox card would be a good companion for 670.

Under Premiere Pro rendering out H.264 video actually is CUDA accelerated. I was surprised that time taken to do a final export of a video was cut in half after I replaced a 5770 with a GTX285.

Incidentally for best CUDA acceleration & Premier Pro performance the GTX570 is the fastest card available. You can pick up a used on on eBay for $200 or equivalent local currency.
