Interested in streaming PC games to my iPhone

The thing is, I'm looking for something that would let me map virtual controls to the touch screen so I wouldn't have to use a separate controller. Are there any apps that do this? I'm mostly just interested in streaming slow paced games like turn-based RPGs or visual novels so latency isn't even much of a concern.
