Not mine, but I find this kinda interesting. Wasn't the upgrade kit for the 128k simply a 512k logic board ?

Regardless at $7,500 this guy wants a Hyper Exotic amount of money for this thing! 😕
 
I would expect to pay less than that back in its prime when the whole computer would cost eq. to that ammount 😱

Right you are there! But they were pretty damn close. And by today's standards with inflation and all the equivalent price couldn't be that far off.

Exactly right. Essentially he wants you to pay $7,500 for a box... plus $100 (!!) shipping?! I'd pay like... $100 for it if I had some spare cash in my PayPal account or something, but $7,500 is him living in a damn dream world. haha

Well, it's new old stock and still in shrinkwrap.

He says on the auction he put a high price on it until he can figure out what it's worth....

I really don't know - I haven't seen anything like it before...

He just has to put it up for auction and see.
