First off, when activating app switcher, I noticed that some apps show a status bar and some don't.
This seems to be somewhat erratic, since when I tried this last night, some apps that show a status bar now, didn't then.
Since there are only screen shots of the app, when it was last opened saved in app switcher, you can tell by the time in the status bar, when they were last opened.

But what I'm getting at is: Apps like weather, that use background updating, will show the time in the status bar when they've been last updated.
Meaning the app furthest back in the switcher could have a newer time, than say the first app after the home screen!

Is anybody else seeing this? Is it a bug or a feature?

Back in Beta 1 there was no status bar. It's likely a bug.
